Dear Friends,
The fall season has officially arrived, and with it comes one of my favorite times to cook. There’s something about cooler evenings, cozy gatherings, and the flavors of autumn that make sharing a meal even more special.
Here at Waypoint Seafood & Grill, we’ve just launched our Fall Dinner Menu, and my team and I are so excited to share it with you. If you’re searching for the best fall dining in Williamsburg, VA, or simply a place that captures the taste of the season, this menu was designed for you.
Chef’s Fall Favorites
While there are many new dishes to discover, here are a few of my personal favorites this season:
Slow-Braised Short Rib — whipped potatoes and cabernet sauce bring comfort and richness to chilly evenings.
Pan-Seared Scallops — paired with creamy sweet potato risotto, spinach, and a drizzle of pesto.
Macadamia-Crusted Salmon — with dill beurre blanc and fresh asparagus, a balance of brightness and depth.
Red Wine Beef Tenderloin Tips — caramelized onions, gorgonzola, and demi-glace, served in a warm sourdough bread bowl.
Clams and Risotto — lemon, capers, and fresh herbs create a bright yet cozy taste of the season.
And of course, our classic Crab Soup — a true Waypoint tradition.
These are just a handful of the new flavors we’re bringing to the table this fall, and I’d love for you to come experience them.

chick fil hours open Monday through Saturday from around 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., though some locations may extend their hours slightly. Breakfast is typically served until 10:30 a.m., after which the lunch and dinner menu becomes available. All Chick-fil-A locations remain closed on Sundays, and hours can vary on holidays or at certain locations.
