Waypoint Banquet Room

Our Waypoint Room comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests for standing receptions or seated banquets for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV screen making it perfect for business or social gatherings. The Waypoint Room is separated from our main dining room by frosted glass doors, allowing guests to share the beauty of the room while providing privacy for the event. Wine Table

This intimate area seats up to 8-10 guests with a fireplace and view of our select wine room adding to the ambience. Order from the menu or request a pre-set menu designed by our culinary team. Advance notice of 72 hours is required for special menu selections. There is no additional fee to reserve the Wine Table.

Waypoint Off-Site Catering

Waypoint will be happy to provide menus for your event either home, office or other venue for events. Please contact management for more information and availability.

General Information for Waypoint

Audio/Visual – Our Waypoint Room is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV screen.

Menus – In order to provide you and your guests with the finest experience, we suggest a pre-set or limited menu for dining groups of more than 12 guests. Suggested menu ideas are available upon request. Menu selections must be finalized 72 hours prior to the event.

Room Minimums – The Waypoint Room has a $800 minimum Tuesday-Thursday and $1500.00 Friday-Sunday for dinner. The minimum can be met in food & beverage combined or difference will apply in room rate. Breakfast or Lunch does not require a minimum but does require limited menu options over 15 persons. December Holiday rates will apply during lunch hours. All reservations must be approved by management. Room minimums apply when privacy request are made.

Corking Fees – Should you wish to provide your own wine for your event or dining experience are happy to accommodate with a $30.00 per bottle corking fee.

Cake Cutting Fees – A fee of $2.00 per guest is charged for cakes and desserts brought in from an outside location.

Reservations – To secure the Waypoint Room, please contact reservations during regular business hours. Voicemail and email reservations will not be honored. Reservations for larger groups may require a contract signature and/or deposit. We require final guest count 48 hours prior to event.

Cancellation Policy – A 72 hour notice of cancellation is required for private dining events. Guests will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the negotiated menu price.

Details – We are happy to arrange for floral and linen needs for special events; fees vary depending on selection. Our culinary staff will accommodate any special dietary requests or needs. Please notify us of any allergies or restrictions while making reservations or providing your service with the necessary information.
