Oysters, cornbread and Waypoint made their way to the Hampton Roads Show this month!
Chef Hans Schadler and Kyle Woodruff were joined by Hampton Roads Show hosts, Aubrey Aquino and Chris Reckling.
“I love cooking oysters,” said Chef Hans. “Oyster stew probably needs to be on every holiday table.”
No stranger to television appearances, Chef Hans has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, the Farm to Tables series, and more. This was the second appearance by Chefs Hans and Kyle on the Hampton Roads Show
“Of course, we’re featuring seafood, and we’re very proud to feature Virginia oysters from Tommy Leggett in the York River,” Chef Hans said.
It’s Leggett’s oysters that were used in both recipes.
