Savor the Tastes of Summer…Canning Class August 5

Back by popular demand…a canning class with Chef Kyle and Kelrae Farm!

Chef Kyle has teamed up with Michelle and Randy Gulden of Kelrae Farm for this class on the basics of canning, featuring some of our favorite recipes.

Kelrae supplies Waypoint Seafood and Grill with some of the best produce in the area during their respected seasons.

After this canning class, you’ll go home with five signature Waypoint canning recipes (Bread and Butter Pickles, Arbol Chili Salsa, Stewed Tomatoes, Chow Chow Relish and Seedless Bourbon Blackberry and Peach Preserve), the know-how to do it on your own and a jar of something canned during the class.
