This one is easy!
Mix all ingredients and chill well. Serve with toasted sunflower seeds.
6 each scallions, finely cut
2 each cloves of garlic
3 each English cucumbers, peeled and diced
3 each yellow tomatoes, thickly sliced, brush with olive oil and grilled—remove seeds and dice.
3 red tomatoes – same procedure as above
3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
3 cups sour cream
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
Splash of Tabasco
Pinch of cayenne
Cracked white pepper, kosher salt to taste
Chopped chives and dill garnish
