Chef Hans Schadler, Chef Steve Perkins and Guest Chef Harmut Handke will collaborate to bring you the following exquisite meal choices as part of the Williamsburg Taste Festival.

Hors D’oeuvres: Barbecue seasoned oysters on spinach and red onion salad, blue cheese dressing; Sautéed prawns with a sweet chili sauce and lime dressing; Smoked salmon and cream cheese pinwheel on party rye triangle.

Menu: Edwards Surryano Ham with grilled Melons and Figs; West coast morel cappuccino; Poached Chesapeake Bay Black Bass with lobster mousseline, white asparagus, chive beurre blanc; Pink Texas grapefruit and Campari sorbet; Roasted South Dakota buffalo tenderloin, black Truffle jus, potato and shallot mousseline, French beans, grilled tomato; Bouquet of Manikentowne spring greens in a Parmesan cheese basket, golden balsamic vinaigrette; Seasonal berries with Barboursville Riesling sabayone, Thomas Jefferson Claret granita.
