The Waypoint Culinary Brigade, together with Stan Davis from Robins Cellars, have come together to create a truly delectable dining experience to celebrate the great French pillars of cuisine – Ducassee, Escoffier, Bocuse, Passard and Boulud – and the wines from their country’s most notable regions – Beaujolaise Nouveaux, Pinot Noir from Burgundy, Chateau Pomerol from Bordeaux, a classic Chablis, and a Bordeaux Blanc.
And of course, no French meal – or French wine experience – is complete without a true Champagne from Champagne region.
